Daily Chip News
A semiconductor news brief lands in Telegram at 7 every morning. Several agents split the collecting, drafting and reviewing, and nothing goes out unless it passes review.
- Status

- Stack
- Python, LangGraph, Gemini, GitHub Actions, Telegram
Every morning around 7 a.m., it collects semiconductor news from five types of sources, selects what is worth reading, and posts short briefs to Telegram.
How it works
- Collect
- Deduplicate
- Researcher: decides whether a story is worth covering, and records facts and sources
- Writer: works only from the Researcher's notes, never the original page
- Reviewer: checks every source and flags factual errors
- Publish
- If the Reviewer rejects a draft, it goes back for rework, at most twice. If it still fails, it is put on HOLD and not published.
- Whether a brief is published is decided by deterministic code, not by a model.
- A single failed article is skipped (fail-soft). Global failures, such as every source being down or an expired API key, are fail-fast: the run stops and sends an alert.
What it posts

What I decided
How the agents are split into roles, what context each role can see, the rework limit, and when the whole run should stop. When something breaks, the logs show which layer failed.
